Trish is an experienced, empathetic and supportive National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach ( NBHWC ) and Behavior Specialist. She received her Master’s in Health Psychology from USciences in Philadelphia and has a background in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Applied Behavior Analysis. She has worked within the mental health and behavioral support field for over a decade, while completing her graduate degree and other professional accreditations in 2015. Trish aims to provide a collaborative and supportive approach for individuals wanting to develop achievable and sustainable health and wellness goals. Her experiences have provided her the opportunity to work with a variety of populations across the lifespan, mainly individuals with chronic health conditions who have goals in improving their overall health - mind, body and spirit!
